Its working!
work on the second iteration is moving forward.
After spending a bit of time on the code there are first signs of success. I can now:
- setup and run an issuer service on a server
- have a wallet on a nokia S60 phone (e.g. e70, e60, e61i etc.)
- have the wallet install a new currency from a server
- get freshly minted coins from the issuer (via internet)
- send the coins to the other wallet via bluetooth
- the other wallet will exchange the coins for fresh ones
There is still lots and lots missing, bugs, security checks etc, but all in all, there is no doubt:
ITS WORKING!
Relatively soon I will follow up with a tutorial on how to setup the issuer as well as the wallet.
